Oh Baby! We now have one round of classes under our belt with a second round underway. So far, we have enjoyed some fantastic food that resulted from the cooking demonstrations. Besides the benefit to our taste buds and tummies, these demonstrations have provided helpful tips on cooking nutritious, simple, budget friendly meals. Sometimes we tend to get stuck in a rut with meal prep and fresh ideas are welcome to stir our creativity again! Among the workshop topics, we've learned about Infant CPR and First Aid, relaxed with a Tai Chi class, gathered some tips and education on successful breastfeeding, as well as working from home etc.
The classes are chock full of information and tips to make your life easier and to help you succeed at this mom life. They also offer the opportunity to spend a couple of hours every week with other moms who get what it's like to be a new mom. It's never a bad idea to surround yourself with support, but when it comes to raising little humans, it becomes even more necessary! This is a place to make new friends and take a couple hours to rejuvenate yourself!
Each round of classes lasts for 6 weeks and rewards you with a bundle of needed baby items at the completion of at least 5 of those classes. Pregnant moms and moms of babies 6 months old and younger are welcome to join us for any of the remaining rounds of "Oh, Baby" that we'll be hosting through the end of the summer. Give us a call at 315-536-7333 or send us an email for information or to sign up!
